The waves glinted in front of eyes, seemingly dancing with spots of reflected sunshine. Deep down he could see fish swim through twisting fronds of seaweed, darting aimlessly back and forth.

Listening he could hear gulls, calling harshly as they circled high above. Music filled the air from a thousand radios, faint, mixed up, the notes sailing on the breeze.

The sun warmed his skin, as he lay prone on his board, kissing every inch of his body with heat. Trailing a lax hand in the water he scooped up some of the cool liquid, splashing it against his face, sighing blissfully at the sensation.

The smoke of a barbeque, distant, maybe in the next cove over, drifted past his nose. He could smell chicken, sausages, maybe even baked potatoes. The mixtures of scents reminded him of the lunch he'd shared with Blair, together in the sand dunes. Cooking sausages over a small fire, followed by sticky marshmallows on sticks.

Life at that moment was just perfect for Jim Ellison. He'd spent a day with Blair at the beach, just kicking back, no bad guys, no work, no hassle. They'd argued over how to toast the marshmallows, and laughed as Jim's fell into the fire, incinerated in seconds.

The sun had shone all day, making the sea look incredibly blue and inviting. Later, after napping together curled on the blanket, Blair had shooed him away, telling him to get his board and go surf already.

It didn't take much persuasion, soon Jim was powering through the sea, heart racing as he battled the waves. Triumphant he would watch Blair at the shore, giving him a huge smile and a thumbs up as he and his board mastered the ocean.

Now hours later, Jim's muscled ached with tiredness and he was content to just lie motionless on his board, while the waves gradually stilled around him.

"Jim."

The sound of the voice was unexpected, easily heard through the sounds of gulls and water.

"Jim, I'm waiting for you."

Deciding that Blair must have become bored with the book he'd been reading, Jim pulled himself to his knees, and looked towards shore. Later he would be thankful for his good balance, as after seeing Blair Jim had nearly dropped straight into the water yet again.

Blair was crouched in the waterline, naked, letting the waves brush against his legs and ass. He was looking straight towards Jim, eyes narrowed, smirk gracing his face.

"I know you can see me Jim, I want you so badly. Want you to take me now, here in the water. You look so hot in out there, but I want you here...now."

Instinctively checking to see they were totally alone, Jim felt a smirk break over his own face. It might be perfect out here, but as far as he was concerned heaven waited at the shoreline, naked and ready for him.

It took Jim only seconds to reach shore that day.
